Choosing a pouch for 250 g or 500 g of granola
The right size depends on your recipe. Large clusters, flakes, nuts and dried fruit can change the volume and how the product settles. Send your target weight and current bag dimensions, if you have them, and request samples before committing to a box.
- Weigh your intended portion into a sample pouch using the actual recipe.
- Leave enough clear space for the zip and heat seal, and check that clusters do not interfere with closing.
- Check the filled shape, label or print area and how the pouch handles during packing and delivery.
Match the material to your recipe
Tell us about your ingredients, storage conditions and intended shelf life so we can discuss the pouch structure and available documentation. If your specification calls for an opaque aluminium-barrier pouch, compare the matte black aluminium stand-up range. Validate the final pouch and seal with your own product.
