Ordering and minimum quantities
What is the minimum order?
Many stocked pouch lines can be ordered from one box. Some valve products or specific formats can have a higher minimum quantity, so check the product page or contact us before ordering.
Are prices per pouch or per box?
Our stocked packaging is sold by the box. Product options show the size, pouch quantity and box price so you can compare formats clearly.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Free samples are available for suitable business enquiries so you can check the size, finish and structure before placing an order. Request samples here.
Custom printing
Can you print my logo on stock pouches?
Yes, on suitable stock pouches. Custom printing can start from 5p per page, per colour, per pouch where applicable. Final pricing depends on the pouch, artwork, colours, print area and quantity.
Can you make a completely custom pouch?
Fully custom sizes, colours and constructions are available separately and usually require much higher minimum quantities than printing on a stocked pouch. Contact us with the specification for a quote.
Coffee and valves
Do you supply coffee pouches with valves?
Selected pouch formats are available with one-way degassing valve options. Tell us the coffee pack size and pouch style you prefer and we can help identify suitable options.
Food-contact and quality documentation
Can you provide food-contact documents or test reports?
Relevant food-contact declarations, migration test reports and other available production documentation can be provided for suitable products. See our Food Safety & Packaging Documentation page.
Delivery and support
When will my order be dispatched?
Production and dispatch timing confirmed with your quote, subject to artwork approval and payment.
Applies to all orders, including ready stock. Artwork approval applies only to printed orders.
Do you hold stock in the UK?
Yes, OTTO&ONE holds stock in the UK for the stocked range shown on the website. Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the product type, pack weight, pouch style, quantity, valve requirement and printing requirement. Contact us for a quote.
